How can I track my order?
The Order Status link was sent to your Email when the order was placed. If you do not see it in your inbox, please checkPromotionsfolder. Click on the Order Status link to know the latest status of your order.
When do I get my order delivered?
Digital star maps are delivered within 1-2 business days of placing the order.
For both framed and unframed orders, we take around 7-10 days to customize your Star Map and ship your
order.
Once shipped, you will get an email to track your order. It takes around 2-3 days for delivery.
This increased processing time is due to the fact that we are working in reduced capacity due to Covid-19
for the health and wellbeing of our employees.
Is there a way to expedite the delivery of my order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to expedite any of the orders at this time.
